The successful recipient of the AuctionsPlus Industry Woman of the Year will be: 
•    A woman in industry who utilizes AuctionsPlus as part of their operations
•    A trailblazer within their role in the livestock industry, with an outstanding passion and knowledge of agriculture 
•    A role model, advocate and/or mentor for other women entering or working in the livestock industry
•    A mentor who exemplifies professionalism, and promotes diversity and inclusion in the livestock sector
•    Someone of commendable character, with a high level of personal integrity.
