User Agreement

By accessing and using the AuctionsPlus platform, you agree to be bound by the AuctionsPlus User Agreement.

You also agree to follow the AuctionsPlus Code of Conduct, designed to set out simple, practical rules that help create a safe, trusted, and positive environment for all business conducted on the platform.

Proceeding to Mediation

If a claim is supported by our terms, and Buyers and Sellers are unable to reach a resolution through Negotiation, they will then have the opportunity to proceed to mediation. 

Mediation involves a Third Party who will assist all parties involved by discussing the disputed options, consider alternative outcomes and endeavour to reach an mutual agreement and resolution between the parties.

Mediation is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement applicable at the time of dispute lodgement, and Mediation Rules.

Proceeding to Expert Determination

If a resolution is still unable to be reached through Mediation, the claim can be referred to Expert Determination, which involves an independent panel made up of a group of experts that make a determination as to the outcome of the dispute. The panel may consist of individuals such as a Level 1 Assessor, Processor, DPIRD representative, Veterinarian or other role.

Expert Determination is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, and Expert Determination Rules.
