By using and accessing the AuctionsPlus platform and website, you are agreeing to be bound by the AuctionsPlus User Agreement.
You also agree to be bound by the AuctionsPlus Code of Conduct, which has been developed to provide all users with some simple rules that assist in delivering a positive and trusted environment to all business conducted on the platform.
Starting 1 September 2023, AuctionsPlus will be extending the testing window for an article to be listed as PTIC (Pregnancy Tested in Calf) or SIL (Scanned in Lamb) from 14 to 30 days.
This change will apply to any assessments entered from 1 September 2023.
If buyers and sellers are unable to reach a resolution through negotiation they will then have the opportunity to proceed to mediation.
Mediation involves a 3rd party who will help parties involved: discuss the disputed options, consider alternatives and endeavour to reach an mutual agreement.
Mediation is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, and Mediation Rules.
If a resolution is still unable to be reached through mediation, the buyer may have the ability to reject the animals as set out in the dispute schedule or the claim can be referred to Expert Determination.
Expert Determination involves an independent panel determination of the resolution of the dispute.
Expert Determination is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, and Expert Determination Rules.
