If buyers and sellers are unable to reach a resolution through negotiation they will then have the opportunity to proceed to mediation.
Mediation involves a 3rd party who will help parties involved: discuss the disputed options, consider alternatives and endeavour to reach an mutual agreement.
Mediation is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, and Mediation Rules.
If a resolution is still unable to be reached through mediation, the buyer may have the ability to reject the animals as set out in the dispute schedule or the claim can be referred to Expert Determination.
Expert Determination involves an independent panel determination of the resolution of the dispute.
Expert Determination is conducted under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, and Expert Determination Rules.
