From the 1st March 2023, all registered AuctionsPlus users will need to read and accept the updated User Agreement & Sale Terms to continue using the website.

Through this update we are introducing new tolerances and processes to increase clarity, confidence and refresh the dispute resolution process.
The type of trait, as well as how that trait is assessed, will determine the tolerances that are applied as well as the process that need to be followed when resolving the dispute.
AuctionsPlus has also reviewed the reporting window for claims, and are introducing updates to when specific claims must be notified to be protected .
From the 1st of March 2023, all AuctionsPlus users will be required to read and accept the updated User Agreement & Sale Terms to continue using the website.
You will be able to do this via a pop-up that will appear when you log in to the AuctionsPlus website from the 1st of March 2023.
The updated terms must be accepted for you to continue using the website.
Existing AuctionsPlus buyers will also have the option to complete a new 'Buyer Training' which will go into further detail on the updated User Agreement & Sale Terms.
The training will initially be optional and available via the AuctionsPlus Dashboard from the 1st of March 2023
