The promotion commences at 00:01 AEST on 21st June 2024 and closes at 23:59 AEST on

 _{Eligibility
The "Win an AuctionsPlus branded RM Williams puffer vest!" promotion (the "Promotion") 
is open to all users who complete the AuctionsPlus Livestock Finance Survey during the 
Promotion Period. Employees and their immediate families of AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd and its 
associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.}

_{How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the AuctionsPlus Livestock Finance Survey 
available at TBC during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.}

_{Prizes
There is a AuctionsPlus branded RM Williams puffer vest to be won.
The winner will be contacted to advise appropriate size.}

_{The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $150. Prizes are not transferable or 
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.}

_{Winner Selection
The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion 
Period. The draw will take place at Level 5, Sophos House, Elizabeth Plaza, North Sydney 
2061 within 1-5 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on 
the total number of eligible entries received.}

_{Winner Notification
The winners will be notified via email or phone within 1-3 days after the drawing. If a winner
does not respond within 1-5 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected 
through a subsequent drawing.}

 _{Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to each winner's preferred address within 7-14 days after the 
winner's confirmation and acceptance of the prize.}

_{By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the 
decisions of AuctionsPlus, which are final and binding in all respects.
AuctionsPlus reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering 
with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
AuctionsPlus is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to allow AuctionsPlus to use their names 
and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
AuctionsPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AuctionsPlus 
and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of

sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.}

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of
