Eligibility

The Farmbot Water Level Monitor and Rain Gauge Competition (the "Competition") is open to all user that sign up on the AuctionsPlus platform.

Entry Period: The Competition will run from 21st September  to 22nd November. Entries received before or after this period will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter the Competition, eligible participants must Sign Up on the AuctionsPlus platform during the Entry Period. Your Sign Up will unlock one entry into the Competition. 

Prize Description: The prize for the Competition is a FARMBOT Water Level Monitor and Rain Gauge, including hardware and a 12-month subscription, with a total value of $2,027. The winner has the option to keep the prize for themselves or pass it on to their clients/vendors.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within 1-5 days after the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1-3 days after the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 1-5 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected through a subsequent drawing. 

Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner's preferred address within 7-14 days after the winner's confirmation and acceptance of the prize.

General Conditions: 

• By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of AuctionsPlus, which are final and binding in all respects.

• AuctionsPlus reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these rules.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• AuctionsPlus is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow AuctionsPlus to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• AuctionsPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AuctionsPlus and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the fulfillment of the prize.
