The promoter is AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd (ABN: 41 072 403 984).

Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 00:01 AEST on 22 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 AEST on 5 August 2026.

Eligibility
The "Win 1 of 3 YETI cups by Helping Us Improve Our AuctionsPlus Content" promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all users who complete the AuctionsPlus Content Improvement Survey during the Promotion Period. Employees and their immediate families of AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the AuctionsPlus Content Improvement Survey available at  https://survey.hsforms.com/2tzT7J1xLQ4ejkI-ZgJt1Ww32fj0 during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prizes
There are three (3) YETI Cups to be won. 
The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $1200. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Winner Selection
The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 1-5 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
The winners will be notified via email or phone within 1-3 days after the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 1-5 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected through a subsequent drawing.

Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to each winner's preferred address within 7-14 days after the winner's confirmation and acceptance of the prize.

General Conditions
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of AuctionsPlus, which are final and binding in all respects.
AuctionsPlus reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these rules.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
AuctionsPlus is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to allow AuctionsPlus to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
AuctionsPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AuctionsPlus and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the fulfillment of the prize.
