Lodging a Claim as the Selling Agent

Under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement, all disputes must be lodged in writing to either AuctionsPlus or the Selling Agent within 48 hours (regardless of the day of the week) of the livestock or lot arriving to the buyer, with the only exception being claims outlined in Table 3 of the User Agreement (found from Page 46).

The AuctionsPlus Code of Conduct has been developed to provide all users with some simple rules that assist in delivering a positive and trusted environment to all business conducted on the platform.
