1. Definitions
Promoter: AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd (ABN 73 076 403 984), Suite 4, Level 5, 1 Elizabeth Place, North Sydney NSW 2060.
Sponsor: Zoetis Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 94 156 476 425) 5 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes, NSW, 2138.
Awards: The AuctionsPlus Woman in Ag Award and the AuctionsPlus Young Gun Award.
Prize: A $2,000 (AUD) contribution toward attendance at a Sporting Event, as further described in clause 4.
Winner: The recipient of an Award as determined by the Promoter in accordance with the selection criteria for each Award.
Sporting Event: Any ticketed professional or community sporting event held within the Winner’s state or territory of residence in Australia (e.g. AFL, NRL, cricket, rugby union, netball, or similar).
Announcement Date: 3 August 2026, being the date on which Award Winners are publicly announced via the AuctionsPlus website and social media channels.
Prize Expiry Date: 3 August 2027, being 12 months from the Announcement Date.
2. Eligibility
1. Each Award has one (1) Winner. There are two (2) Prizes available in total — one per Award.
2. To be eligible to receive the Prize, a Winner must:
(a) be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over at the time of the Announcement Date;
(b) be the validly selected Winner of the relevant Award; and
(c) contact the Promoter within 14 days of being notified of their Award to confirm acceptance and commence the Prize nomination process.
3. Winners who do not confirm acceptance within the timeframe specified in clause 2.2(c) will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
3. Award Selection
4. The Winners of the Woman in Ag Award and the Young Gun Award are selected by the Promoter based on published Award criteria. The Prize is awarded in addition to the standard Award gift received by all Award Winners.
5. The selection process is separate from the Prize and is governed by the Promoter’s Award criteria. These Prize Conditions do not govern the selection of Award Winners.
6. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to Award selection and Prize administration are final, provided the Promoter has acted reasonably and in accordance with these conditions.
4. The Prize
7. Each Winner will receive a contribution of up to $2,000.00 exc. GST (AUD) (“Prize Fund”) to be applied toward the cost of attending a Sporting Event of the Winner’s choosing.
8. The Prize Fund may be used to cover any combination of the following expenses:

Event tickets (for the Winner and guests, at the Winner’s discretion)

Domestic flights within Australia

Accommodation
9. The Prize Fund will not cover, and the Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for, expenses including but not limited to: ground transport, meals, incidentals, travel insurance, or any costs that exceed the $2,000 Prize Fund. Any costs above $2,000 are the Winner’s sole responsibility.
10. The Sporting Event must take place within the Winner’s state or territory of residence in Australia.
11. The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. The Prize Fund cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used for the purposes set out in clause 4.2.
5. Attendance Condition
12. The Promoter and Sponsor would like the opportunity for one (1) representative from Zoetis and one (1) representative from AuctionsPlus to attend the same Sporting Event as the Winner. The Promoter will work with the Winner in good faith to find a mutually suitable event and date that accommodates this.
13. The attendance of the Zoetis and AuctionsPlus representatives is at no cost to the Winner. All costs associated with their attendance are borne separately by Zoetis and AuctionsPlus respectively.
14. The Winner is encouraged to liaise with the Promoter early to explore Sporting Event options, giving all parties the best chance to attend together where possible.
15. Where it is not possible for representatives to attend due to scheduling or other constraints, the Promoter will work with the Winner to find an alternative arrangement. The Prize will not be forfeited solely because joint attendance cannot be accommodated.
6. Prize Nomination Process
16. After confirming acceptance, the Winner must provide the Promoter with a written nomination of the Sporting Event they wish to attend, including:
(d) the name and date of the event;
(e) the number and type of tickets requested;
(f) details of any flights or accommodation to be covered from the Prize Fund; and
(g) the Winner’s preferred allocation of the Prize Fund across the eligible expense categories.
17. The Promoter will arrange payment or reimbursement in accordance with the Winner’s nomination, subject to availability, the Prize Fund limit, and the requirements of these conditions.
18. Where the Promoter arranges bookings directly on behalf of the Winner, confirmation will be provided to the Winner in writing.
19. Where the Winner incurs eligible expenses directly, reimbursement will be made by the Promoter within 20 business days of receipt of valid tax invoices or receipts, up to the Prize Fund limit.
7. Prize Expiry
20. The Prize must be used in full prior to the Prize Expiry Date of 3 August 2027.
21. Any unused portion of the Prize Fund after the Prize Expiry Date will be forfeited and no cash or alternative equivalent will be provided.
22. The Promoter will not grant extensions to the Prize Expiry Date except in exceptional circumstances at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. Publicity and Privacy
23. By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and details of their attendance at the Sporting Event for promotional purposes by AuctionsPlus and Zoetis, including on websites, social media, and marketing materials, without further compensation.
24. All personal information collected in connection with the Prize will be handled in accordance with AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
9. Liability
25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Sponsor are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage suffered in connection with accepting or using the Prize, including any loss arising from the cancellation or postponement of a Sporting Event.
26. The Winner attends the Sporting Event entirely at their own risk. The Promoter and Sponsor accept no responsibility for any accident, injury, property damage, or loss of life arising in connection with attendance at the Sporting Event.
27. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General
28. These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
29. The Promoter may amend these conditions at any time, provided that such amendments do not reduce the value of the Prize for a Winner who has already accepted it.
