Sales Premium Fee

The Sale Premium is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price (subject to value, details below).

The Sale Premium is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price, on all items listed in our online-only machinery sales. This includes any type of item listed in a machinery auction. This fee is not applicable to the AuctionsPlus fortnightly machinery auction.

Purchase price excluding GST and other fees and charges.

This is the online cost component that AuctionsPlus will charge to the selling Agent along with the listing fee post-sale.

1-500 lots: $5,400

OR

2% fee on the final gross of the sale (minimum charge of $750)

Sold for $0 - $50,000:                  3.5% commission (Min. charge $32.00)

Sold for $50,001 - $200,000:      3% commission

Sold for $200,001>:                      2% commission

Listing fees for the AuctionsPlus Multi-Vendor are on a per lot basis and are determined by the sold price of each item, your final fee is based on the sum of your lots sold at auction.

You are only charged for lots that are sold.
