AuctionsPlus Listing Fees 2025

• Covers pre-sale marketing, cataloguing, catalogue distribution and conduct of sale - as soon as a listing is visible on the AuctionsPlus website, it is chargeable
• Are charged to the selling agent for the number of head entered in the catalogue, not the number delivered
• Do not include either assessing or agent fees

Cattle

All prices are for a single vendor and single agent in one day.

All cattle:

• 1 - 200 head: $9.35 per head
• 201 - 400 head: $8.95 per head
• 401  -600 head: $8.45 per head
• 601+ head: $7.95 per head

Sheep/Goats

All prices are for a single vendor and single agent in one day.

All sheep/goats:

• 1 - 1,250 head: $1.15 per head
• 1,251 - 2,250 head: $1.05 per head
• 2,251 - 3,250 head: $0.95 per head
• 3,251+ head: $0.90 per head

Cattle

• Heifers and cows: $25 per head
• Bulls: $25 per head
• Semen straws: $1.70 per straw
• Embryos: $8.00 per embryo

Sheep

• Ewes: $12 per head
• Rams: $12 per head
• Semen straws: $1.60 per straw
• Embryos: $7.50 per embryo

Stock that have no bids or pass in at auction, may be reoffered into a subsequent auction. Your listing fee includes ONE free reoffer, in a subsequent upcoming auction.

• Cattle may be reoffered in one of the next 3 weekly auctions
• Lambs must be reoffered within 7 days of the original auction
• Sheep must be reoffered within 14 days of the original auction
• Lots will not be automatically reoffered.  Agents and assessors can reoffer lots by completing the reoffer request on the results page.

Relates to any auction that is not a regularly scheduled AuctionsPlus Auction. Package price or normal listing fees, whichever is greater. Based on a single-day sale.

Our online sales platform features a Machinery Category offering a wide variety of items including machinery, equipment, antiques, and household items.
The Sale Premium is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price (subject to value, details below).

Standard - Interfaced Clearing Sale

Please note pricing structure must be elected before the sale starts.
Items may be reoffered once in the next AuctionsPlus Fortnightly Machinery Sale at a 50% discount.

• 1-500 lots: $5,400
• OR* a 2% fee on the final gross of the sale (minimum charge of $750) 

Sale Premium Fee

The Sale Premium is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price, on all items listed in our online-only machinery sales. This includes any type of item listed in a machinery auction. This fee is not applicable to the AuctionsPlus fortnightly machinery auction.
Purchase price excluding GST and other fees and charges.
This is the online cost component that AuctionsPlus will charge to the Selling Agent along with the listing fee post-sale.

• No fee applicable if purchase price is $0 - $1,000
• 2% of purchase price when purchase price is between $1,001 - $50,000
• 1% of purchase price when purchase price is between $50,001 - $500,000
• 0.5% of purchase price when purchase price is $500,001 and above

AuctionsPlus Multi-Vendor Machinery Sale

Listing fees for the AuctionsPlus Multi-Vendor are on a per lot basis and are determined by the sold price of each item, your final fee is based on the sum of your lots sold at auction. 
You are only charged for lots that are sold. 
Sale premium is not applicable for this auction.

• Sold for $0 - $50,000: 3.5% commission (Min. charge $32.00)
• Sold for $50,001 - $200,000: 3% commission
• Sold for $200,001>: 2% commission

AuctionsPlus Machinery Classifieds 

Up to 500 listed / month with a 30-day classified expiry period. Allowed x2 reoffers into classifieds.

Property Sales are charged per lot, in a single auction:

• 1 Lot: $1,250
• 2 Lots: $1,900
• 3 Lots: $2,500
• 4 Lots: $3,000

Package Minimum Charges:

• Classic package: $1,250 (online only simultaneous auction)
• Prime package: $3,300 (interfaced physical auction with audio streaming and online bidding)
• Premium package: $5,200 (interfaced physical auction with video and audio streaming, online bidding and staff on-site*)

Wool Auctions

• $1.80 per lot listed. (AuctionsPlus Wool)

Nominating a lot to a Featured Lot incurs a $200.00 AUD (excl GST) fee which will be charged once a lot has been promoted. The fee will be labelled as a Marketing Fee on the invoice you receive from AuctionsPlus.

After the conclusion of an auction, if an unsold lot is reoffered, the Selling Agent must choose to re-nominate as a Featured Lot if desired, and thus will incur an additional fee. The original nomination does not apply to a reoffered lot. More information here.
